I have previously purchased a 15mm Patrician Roman Army, Hunnic Army, Pyrrhic Army, Spartan Army, Later Carthaginian Army, Polybian Roman Army, Anglo-Saxon Army, Norse Irish Army, New Zealand Wars Army (British and Maori) and fantasy models.
The painting is the best I have seen (Works of Art).
The type of service he provides - (1) I would send a request for a painting commission and he would research the different manufacturers and then send me descriptions/comparisons/links, which helped me make a well-informed choice of models. (2) He would make suggestions/recommendations to help put together an army - This was very helpful with my Hott armies for the New Zealand Wars. He would met any special request such as basing the models or adding terrain features (A God on a rock overlooking the battlefield) (4) He would check to make sure that the painting commission was exactly what was required. (5) He would at the end send photos of the models from different angles to check that they meet my expectations (It always exceeded my expectations. (6) The models were always well packed and I have never had any damage (The parcel has to travel from Russia to New Zealand) and they have always arrived in good time.
My final comment is that I have been a wargamer for 40 years (age 55) and at times lacked motivation to play - but since buying these armies I have played more games in the last 3 years than in the preceding 37 years simply because the models are so beautiful that they have inspired me to play.
