Congrats Lindon.....small consolation providing you with your first win.
Thanks Bill. Excellent venue. Good company. Tight competition.
My reflections will follow once I have got used to the smell of decaying camel flesh.....and posted a YouTube video of me throwing my blue dice into the Solent. Herrumph!

Thanks Bill. How does this affect League positions, BTW? Richard not at the event, and Mark got a good result...

A shame my gaming did not rise to the grand occasion of playing in the shadow of a Disappearing Gun Position. The casual visitor could be forgiven for thinking the concrete walls are WWII vintage, high on the rampart and seemingly out of place amongst the cut stone and brick; little do they know that the structures date to the late Victorian era and were laid before reinforced concrete became the norm! Who remembers you now, Mr Moncrieff and what happened to all your clever disappearing gun carriages? Now there is a modelling challenge for somebody...
Congratulations to Lindon and well done PAWS on successfully relocating to a splendidly historic location.
Colin
