Hello All, Over the last two months I have been scratch building a fort for my now completed Norman Army. To give proper credit I was totally inspired by the work of Millsy, which I found on this blog post. Inspiration BlogI am very happy with the results. I did learn lot about crafting through this project. Please enjoy the pictures. For those who are wondering this is a perfect 6 BW x 3 BX ( BW = 4") for my DBA armies. The fort was built rapidly in 1067 to subdue the local Anglo-Saxon population. It stands guard over the local village. The Bastard Duke rules here! For those interested in seeing the WIP shots please follow the link below the photo album. WIP AlbumThank you

Great job! Looks the part. I'm waiting for Baueda to do a 15mm Late Roman/Dark Age fortification to do a Saxon Burgh. May need to bite the bullet and take inspiration from you!
Cheers
Jim
