Has anyone bought one? Who sells them?
They should be 2X2 right?

Well... Cigar Box Battles makes a nice one... www.cigarboxbattlestore.bigcartel.comor you can get pre-cut 2x2 foot pressboard at HomeDepot or Lowe's... All you need is some simple flocking and white glue... and you can make your own! Joe Collins

2x2 is the smallest pre-cut sheets that I have seen. Home Depot or Lowes will usually cut to your specification for free however.
Does that help?

The extra space around your battlefield can be used to collect casualties or allow players to rest their arms. or You may want to consider the larger board of 30" x 30".

If you are based in UK/Europe, I adore the Deepcut Studios mat - the mousepad version, with plains pattern - www.deepcutstudio.com/product/wargames-terrain-mat-plains/I have a 3x3 version for 28mm DBA (about £40 with delivery), but they will do custom sizes if you want....I have just ordered a custom 2x2. Custom sizes are pricy (£43 with delivery for the 2x2) but you could order a 3x3 and cut it yourself, I just chose not to. But honestly, this is the best mat I've come across. I use it with the Miniature World Maker DBA/FoG terrain. Looks splendid - will post some photos later.

FYI for 15mm troops 24" x 24" and 30" x 30" are the most common sizes.
We use both in our competitions in Florida.
