Rear Support between ‘fast’ and ‘solid’ troops

As stated above I think he intended to fix the "pike" issue in each list but didn't quite do so. A general rule would have messed up Warband which tend to be pretty similar at least for the purposes of piling on. So again for good or bad we are stuck with most Pike being able to support whether Fast or not.
