Hi all, I'm just recently taking up the hobby again after a few years and I've been saddened to learn that French miniature sculptor Alain Touller passed away two and a half years ago I was looking for his miniatures because I'm thinking of building a Goryeo/Koryo period army, specifically one suitable for the 1200-1300 period of Mongol dominance in the region, and I remember him doing one of the few Goryeo ranges around. Does anyone still carry these miniatures? Could you recommend any alternative manufacturer for that period?

Found this on the Madaxeman's site:
There are relatively few companies selling named "Korean" ranges - they are listed here. You may also want to look at Liao or Song Chinese ranges maybe?
Old Glory - Fairly Late Koreans Irregular Minis - Korean range Naismith - Navwar's Korean ranges
Khurasan also do a range of Asians, which may morph:http://khurasanminiatures.tripod.com/historicalindex.html

The Naismith figures are for the Koryo period for sure.
I have them and I like them.

I can't find the Naismith Korean range - a couple of links I found elsewhere seem to be dead. I'll look around a bit more.
I might also check the historicity of using Khurasan's Three Kingdoms Korean range for the Koryo military dictatorship period.
Thanks, everyone!

For information.
When I did my Koryo army the Korean Embassy were very helpful (once they realised the date). They informed me that most of the armies troops would have been what I call earth colours, dull darkish green with some brown, that was the law. The officers and palace guard types would have been brightly coloured.
Mine was Irregular, but the standard was a pain.

I have ordered from him in the past and he gives excellent service. naismithandroundway.co.uk/

Thank you, Tony! I wish there were images but I'll most likely take the leap and order an army.
