Hello Timurilank - I've really enjoyed reading your reports on these games with larger commands! Would you be willing to post some more exact details of the system you're using - I'd like to try them out with my Macedonians, Greeks, Persians & Indians etc.
(If you've already done this, either here or on your blog, and I just couldn't find it, apologies!)
Thanks!

Hello - we played a game of this campaign system the weekend before last using Hordes of the Things (Game of Thrones Wildlings vs. Greyjoys). It worked well - the changes you have made for v4 agree with the discussions we had after the game - i.e., we thought it was quite difficult for the defender to get back into the game after losing the opening battle (especially with the 50% AP army break point of HotT). Looking forward to trying it again!

Hello Pete There's a small-ish group of new DBA players that meet across the north east. I'm based in Cambridge but travel up quite frequently. PM me your email address and I'll put you in touch with my friend Paddy - last spotted playing Hordes of the Things in a Newcastle pub only this Wednesday! Michael

That is excellent news. I certainly will get back to you once the relocation chaos subsides. I'm feeling happier already. Great!

Hello! There is a small DBA group in the North-East of the UK. We don't have a club, but have been playing games of DBA 3 lately, and ran a Dark Age Britain campaign (we formed from a group of Blood Bowl tournament players who were also interested in historical gaming).
I'm based in Cambridge, but travel up quite often - others are based in Durham, Hartlepool and the wilds of Northumbria.
We also have a player from Edinburgh who travels down for the campaign.
Let me know when your relocation is completed!
