Stronghold has to be as corny as possible - a beauty parlour for example, or a pavement cafe

Thanks Jim.
My original idea was to depict the 'Desert Column' part of the Gordon Relief Expedition but couldn't get mounted hussars. The camel corps was the strongest contingent in this force so some organizational mods were required. In 10mm I would be tempted to create two camel groups, one mounted, the other on foot, as they were after all mounted infantry. Substituting as appropriate in games. I'm a fan of 10mm but with this lot in the stash, went this way instead.

The Camel Corps; Likely use a house rule with these - move as riders, fight as shooters. The complete Army; Total of 49 points, so plenty to mix and match.

Royal Navy Gardner gun and RA field gun: Egyptian infantry shooters: So far that's 25 points. Need to add the Camel Corps to ring the changes or field a bigger force.

I'm in the UK so any of the usual mail order merchants like Hannants or e-bay. I would imagine that in the U.S. any of the usual sellers would have them.

Finally made a start on this. One box of Half-Orc Warg riders gave me 4 elements, knight general, 2 riders and a magician. Four left over as have to be sparing on the points, this lot worth ten AP.

Get an Optivisor (Amazon has several types) or similar. I wear specs and use one of the cheaper species of visor, don't have to remove specs. Use it for all painting, 10mm and up.

Cheers guys. When you see them dressed like crabs on the shelf they've had their teeth extracted to make the fancy bits on bagpipes

This is a Haggis Herd I did for a Pictsie HOTT army, old school 28mm GW figures with the bull 'Purple Angus' in front and herded by 'Haggis Bashers': More pics of the noble Haggi pleas.
