Hallo, as my first post in this interesting forum, I want to present my first nearly finished HotT-army: Nightgoblins. In our group we decide to use 8 cm wide bases, to add a more army like feeling, when you look on the gaming table (the table is bigger too ). First, two hordes: Two lurker: The general in spears (two elements): Two elements of war bands: The hero: and the shaman: I added more pictures of every element (and a short story - in german - - must change this in the near future) -> heerderdinge.wordpress.comBtw. I have some tiny little rule questions... is it ok, to ask here in the board (or in this thread)? Lieben Gruß Ralf

Fantasy is not my thing (nor is 28mm) but these look wonderful. Great job on the painting AND the basing.
Best regards!

Welcome to the Fanaticus Forum. Lovely Night Goblins.
Any questions you may have please do ask. There are specific topic areas for DBA 3.0 and HOTT, so direct your questions to the proper area for a quick response.
I liked the 'pilzwald' terrain feature. - Klasse!

Thank you for all the feedback. It is a good motivation to go further with the little green goblins.
May I can ask you a first tiny (for sure stupid) rule question: Three units of shooter can shoot on one enemy unit. • Must they shoot as once (-2 for the target). • Or is it allowed that they shoot one after the other (with the chance to "push" the enemy three times back)?
Any help is welcome...
Lieben Gruß Ralf

May I can ask you another (for sure stupid) question. It's about "crossing an enemy's front".
I found five possible movements: 1. strait forward closer to an enemy 2. charge the nearest enemy in the front 3. lineup 4. pass through/over/under 5. move strait back (any remaining movement must be in the same direction)
Is it allowed to mix the different types, let's say first 1. then 3. then 5. or can I only choose one of these movements? When I have choosen 4. and leave the threat zone, can the element move then normal?
Thank you for any help! Lieben Gruß Ralf

I'll have a crack at answering this, I'm sure wiser heads will be along shortly to point out the error of my ways.
Q1- I'd say no, can't seem to find a rule explicitly forbidding it so it's more of a gut feeling really. Q2- If the element is no longer in a threat zone I'm sure it can move as the player wishes.
Lovely Gobbo's by the way.
