I buy my DBA armies on ebay. They just got a long-needed sort-out. I found some good things I'd forgotten about (Nobades, Sudanese, Fatimid etc) but also some elements I couldn't identify. Can anyone help? (The playing cards are to give each element or group a reference number.) I will put up four pictures now and more in days to come. Some are more beautiful than others. Ace looks Galatian and 2 looks Alex/Successor. 7 looks like Indian Cv but not sure about the El - the Thureophoroi support could make it Successor? 4 looks Asian Kn, possibly Tibetan?

The Ace looks like Gauls - too many clothes for Galatians. Two looks like Xyston Companions. Three, Four, Five and Six looks like Steppe armies possibly Irregular. Seven look like Chariot but not obviously Classical Indians - Kushite Egyptians is a good call! I can’t place the Elephant - but don’t think it’s Chariot.

My 2 Penneth worth…
Elephant could be an old mikes models - pose reminds me of the Indian ones I had.
The escorts look like donnington - agree trained numidians as others have said.
