...i've been using miniatures from different manufacturers for my armies for years. Since I also fight bigger battles like DBMM or ADG, I also need more figures: ...my dark age bohemia is a good example: from the left; skirmishers from Donnington, cv from alternative armies, comanders from Essex, spiermen from Museum, foot comand is mixed with 2 Essex, axeman from Donnington ans a single spearmen from Museum...

Paul, A box of 24 foot or 12 mounted can also be useful to fill the odd numbers required for other armies of the period, such as Arabo-Aramean, Armenian, Judean, Pergamon, Cappadocian and Galatia. Psychologists would call that "enabling", Robert. For an all-options, Mithridatic army, complete with my Basing Heresy™ fetishes, e.g. 8 pikemen on a 40x20 base, I would need approximately 78 figures. With FIB's packaging, I would end up with 74 leftovers.

It seems you may have enough for two commands; potential for a civil war? Actually, a plan is coming together to use many of the surplus FIB Mithridatic figures: II/25 Bosporans. For example: The Mithridatic army would use just 3 SA3 Roxy Lancer figures; the Bosporans would use all 9 leftovers. Similar symbiosis for SA7 Black Sea Greeks, and many of the other packs.
