Yesterday I fought a battle between Henry Tudor's army IV83b and Richards's Yorkist Army IV83a. I played Henry Tudor.
The Lancastrians choose a Mounted Henry Tudor as General but avoiding contact as a CP, 2 x Welsh Longbows, 1 x Artillery and the rest made up of men-at-arms and stiffened billmen (Bd).
York Had Richard as a Mounted General, 1 x Currours (Cv) 4 x Longbows, 1 x artillery, 1 x Mercenary Handgunners (Ps) the rest of the army being Men-at-arms and stiffened billmen (Bd).
Terrain consisted of two woods, one on the Yorks Left and the other on Lancaster's right, a hamlet in the centre of the York Lines and an area of plough virtually in the centre between the two armies.
The Yorkists attacked, the die roll showed the plough was no hinderance, the battle opened with a short Artillery duel which forced back the York Guns.
The York Currours came round the Tudor right flank and rode down some longbows, on the Lancastrian left flank battle was joined between equal numbers of Longbow and billmen on each side resulting in an give and take action.
Now confident in the firmness of the arable land to their front, Richard advance his Yorkist centre, despite his handgunners being forced to flee by Lancastrian cannon fire his billmen and men-at-arms clashed with a weakened Lancastrian front. They having become weakened due to sending reinforcements to repel the Yorkist Flank attack on their right. The Yorkists having reinforced their Currours with Lonbows and billmen.
The Lancastrian centre collapsed as did their left flank, resulting in a 4 to 2 win for King Richard.
The Battle was fought solo. My solo system taking the role of King Richard.
Sorry no pictures! a) Quality looked like they had been taken in the dark b) forum is at it's limit, again.
