I am curious why there does not seem to be a list that covers the military exploits of Babur (ruled 1494 - 1530), ruled Kabul, Samarkand, Ferghana, conquered Sultanate of Lodi and founded the Mogul Empire.
I am particularly interested in the First Battle of Panipat, 21 April 1526 that ended the Sultanate of Lodi.
IV/36b, Muslim Indian Army 1316-1526 works for the Sultanate of Lodi (and I suppose I could make that work for Babur as well), but some sort of Timurid variation would be better for Babur (the Timurid list, IV/75, ends in 1506 and there is no mention of artillery that Babur used in fixed field emplacements).
I see that DBA-RRR list II/26 covers it and perhaps it is intentionally absent from DBA as Babur tended to employ artillery in a manner not conducive to ancient or medieval warfare.
So I propose to extend the Timurid list into 1526 with the following:
IV/75b Babur’s Moghul Army 1506-1526 AD: 1 x General (Cv), 5 x Timurid cavalry (Cv), 2 x Turcoman light horse (LH), 1 x Afghan or Baluchi archers (3Bw or Ps) or cavalry (Cv) or bombards (Art), 2 x cavalry (Cv) or Bunduqchis handgunners (Ps), 1 x Afghan spearmen (Sp or 3Ax or 3Wb) or Persian or Tajik militia (3Bw) or Araba or rahkala handgun wagons (WWg). Dry. Aggression 3.
Any thoughts?

Welcome to the forum Banzai, you have opted for an interesting choice I have Timurid, Hindu, Rajput and Tamil Indian armies and find this period fascinating.
From 1494AD to 1504AD you could use the Timurid list, but I believe you are better opting for the IV/36 Deli Sultinate as it does cover Indian states at this time and most of the troop types you need for the army. I think your problem is the list ends when Barbur founded the Moghul Empire which is at the end of the book IV army lists. It is unfortunate as some other armies do extend well beyond the period but the Mughal period is not covered by the lists(But may come under the DBR and DB-RRR rules) ... Good luck with your project.
