Not DBA, but am working on 54 15mm Lanacashire Vendee rebels. I'm waiting for the gloss varnish to dry a good 24 hours, considering the heat and humidity. Then a coat of matte varnish, then base them. Once they are done I may get myself a Parthian army from Khurasan, and a few late Roman legionaries to beef my Patrician Romans up enough to make the Late Empire list.

Thanks to an early morning call from work I ended up cracking on with two units of 6mm EAP Bow. Inked up and ready for highlighting next, I really do believe there is no point in doing the highlight stage but I am stuck in my ways so on I go.
We are on with our Impetus games and using a mix of finished bases and bases of shame which are just bare bases as a motivator to get us to finish them.
Last time we all got involved and started new armies was in FOW V2/3 cross over days when we did an IA campaign.
The arms race was a beauty to behold.
Someone brings Med mortars so next week someone trumps with Heavy Someone brings 6 pounder's with 24" range, up come Zis-2 with 32" range

Finished the first III/72 Anglo-Danish army, with figures by Khurasan, and now have the final 2x7Hd to do to have the second complete, which I’ll then sell on EBay. Pictures on Facebook 😎

Really like those blues you used on some of the shields.

That's very kind of you. Pretty chuffed, myself, with how they've turned out. p.

Way back in February 2017 I began the task of bringing my 13 army Southern Sung/Yuan Campaign set up to DBA3 code, and by March I had rebased my Early Samurai and then started painting the required extra Cv (6Cv and Cv).
Once I got the army battle ready during that campaign I sort of put the Samurai on hold, leaving a few elements of Cv to be done.
Today the very last Samurai Cv rolled off the line, making this army fully purple compliant, and I did finish them before the Serbs (who still have a smattering of paint to go on the last two elements of Sp).
Cheers

I’ve just finished basing my new Medieval Scandinavians - all armies, all options. Quite a labour of love but a nice looking army.
After finishing painting the Scandinavians I have added Thracians and Galatians to my Seleucids, added Artillery to Alexander’s army and the last spear and bow to the Early Polish. Currently I am mid-way through two War Wagons for the Medieval Germans. So it is a time fo painting lots of bits and bobs back-filling existing armies.

Today I completed the last two elements of Sp for my Serbian army
This is another army for my Normans in Italy campaign - I am currently painting the Later Muslim Sicily & North Africa and the first strips of the Italian Lombard are in the prepped tray. As soon as I finish the last few elements of the Later Tang, then the Lombards are on the production line.
That just leaves East Frankish and the Beja -
I am pretty sure I will have the whole 13 army set ready by next February when the Campaign starts
Cheers

Hi All Little bit of work done over the last week or so on my 6mm stuff, now done most of the easy cavalry force so need to get cracking on with the infantry now. My additional units have arrived from Rapier to allow me to do LAP as well as EAP Fab little figures. Light Horse ibb.co/k1Bpnx0Sparabara with bow ibb.co/qJn5p4ZCommand units using some spare figs ibb.co/rd881KMForce so far ibb.co/wQDc6SbDale the EIR player has a much bigger force and Parthian Dave is up to over a 400 point Impetus force now, it is even rumored that Spanish Reece has started work on his figs. Work has slowed down after my week off but I have time off in Sep and Oct as well so should start to catch up.
