These are superb! Finally starting to get into making DBA terrain, and these are an amazing inspiration! Especially love the well.

Those are surely the finest rice paddies I've seen this side of Mishima Prefecture, Japan. Well done. I've tried a couple times to come with something acceptable. All ended up in the waste-can.

(...) How did you make the shaduf? The Y-pillars are real small branches, as well as the main beam. The bar connecting them is a toothpick. A wire was glued to the junction of the beam and the bar. The counterweight is a pearl captured in my daughter's toy box. All fixed to the superglue. The well is made of cat sand, with each "stone" glued one by one.

Here's a view of two Rice Paddies (DBA Enclosures) I recently finished. (Miniatures are 15mm Naismith Koryo Koreans, with the Asian WWg produced by Ron Felderman on a 3D printer.)

Pleas eexcuse me for late answering. I only now see your message. My paddy ricefields are very simple to make and easy to bring out for club or tournament.
