I cannot see how to time limit photos but I can delete photos. Each photo is limited to 1MB and each post can have up to 3 photos. I have deleted a whole load of my pictures and that has given us 5MB to play with. Perhaps I could delete all phot's on the site to reset our 250mb. Just a thought Does the allotment include the DBA Wiki? Or, is DBA Wiki separate from the total space allotted? I believe the DBA Wiki is separate.

Perhaps I could delete all photo's on the site to reset our 250mb. Some people might need them for reference though ? That's what worries me. I would hate to delete something in use.

Just a thought Wow, 1Mb per photo, that is really big.
Perhaps people need to resize their pics before uploading, and get them down to a decent file size, around 100K to 200K or so.
The current 1Mb seems fixed so I cannot change that. People limiting their photo sizes would help. I have deleted all my photo's or the ones I could find and that freed up about 5mb.

Recent photos might still be interesting. Can you delete all photos before six months ago? How can we find the pictures that we have already posted so that we might eliminate some of ours.? That is a good idea. I will look into that. I can see photo's that have been posted as admin. I think to delete your own photos you may have to search out your posts and then edit them out.

Somebody (due to the complexity of the decision to be made in the poll) asked for a question on sport. (You know who you are!)
Here goes!
What sport did I use to compete in?
Clue: Apart from DBA it is my only connection to Phil Barker!

Unfortunately not. Try again! Another clue. At the time Phil Barker was heavily involved with "Sheila"!

That was another clue as to the sport we shared! Here is another. In this sport you need a partner, Phil Barker's was "Sheila" mine was "Samova"

Some kind of equestrian event I assume.
I remember Timurilank mentioning a while back, that he had ridden horses with Phil back in the day.

I use to ride competitively cross country in Hunter Trials and One Day Eventing. My horse was Samova which I believe is Russian for Tea Urn. Known as Sammy as a stable name. I was trained by Dave Darkin and his daughter Anita who still coaches Dressage today. I think Phil competed a few years before me so our paths would not have crossed.

That’s a relief - the thought of you and Phil in “budgie smugglers” and nose clips doing Synchronised Swimming was worrying. Besides you’d get your purple books wet.

As I was removing some pictures of mine, I noticed that sometimes people quote a A thread with the picture which is then duplicated. Does this duplicated picture also take up space? Perhaps we should ask people to not duplicate pictures that are already in the thread, and easily found.
