The best resource for most Medieval flags is: www.krigsspil.dk If they can’t help (as was the case for Scottish boroughs) then try Heraldsry of the world: www.ngw.nl Find the shield you want. Cut and paste into MS paint to make a square. The cut and paste that into MS word. Copy paste and flip horizontal for the obverse side. Then print using a laser printer. That’s what I did with these ones. Only the Stirling one got a little extra colour using a paint brush. Paddy
