Hoping one of the rules (variant) authors spots this:-
We played HotE today, and some saharan /Sokoto rockets were fielded. The rules text says something like ‘factors for artillery remain the same’ (ie +4 combat factor). However, the reference sheet/quick play sheet, v1.1, has standard artillery and machine guns at +4, but Rockets and Mortars at +3. I guess the +3 might reflect the inefficiencies of rockets and mortars, but which factors are intended to be the ones we use, please??
Cheers
Martin

Not sure about HOTTE but our standard Art variant is as follows:
Light +3; Range 3BW can move and shoot (1BW); MA 2BW Medium +4; Range 4BW; cannot move and shoot MA 2BW Heavy +5; Range 5BW; cannot move and shoot; MA 1BW
All are Clumsy.
Point costs = Combat Factor in the universal point system.
