Bob Beattie is not available so he will not be running any events.
I will run a 25mm tournament on Saturday 2-6 to replace Bob's duplicate event.
Three rounds. DBA3.0 rules. Loaner armies and terrain available. Winner eligible for NICT that evening.
Thursday 7pm till whenever. Battle for the Iron Throne Game. A Game of Knights and Knaves (DBX variant with very light fantasy. Open to public easy to learn, multi-round Big Battle (if you want to get up to speed with "modern" DBX like 3.0 its a great way to learn).
I may consider running a Battle for the Crown event on Wed night. Pure historical Knights and Knaves War of the Roses or the Hundred Years War in 200 minutes.

Thanks Mike. We can add Midnight Mad to the final catalog (more important than PEL in some respects).
I also put out the schedule on Facebook, Miniature Page and Lead Adventure so we have other means of getting out the word.
So in short if people want to add events and they don't conflict with schduele - we can still do that. (Also sometimes GMs have to drop out - I'll be default GM if that happens but we can also substitute - either way all announced games will go on).
Mike (and all GMs) if you have run a tournament of any type or size - get me the winner (Cold Wars etc.) so I can get a list of qualified NICT candidates.
Please let me know about any events you run at clubs or even in your basement as they count toward the DBA Cup and Player of the Year (which you do not have to come to Historicon to qualify for).
Regarding Chariot Wars. It is probably too late now, but I would have suggested a more list restricted event. As it is, this may turn into a Classical Indian National Championship. Next time Bibilical Wars!
I received an inquiry on the Armies and Enemies of Rome and Byzantium event. Yes, I view army II/81(a) Sub-Roman British as an eligible army for this event. The (a) army list includes 2 elements of legionari (of VI Victrix or II Augusta).
Personally I will probably bring Middle Imperial Romans because I like the model I have of a bolt shooter on top of a horse drawn cart. And that army should also be eligible for the Big Guns event.
