Hi guys are these figures still available,Particularly the Mounted/Dismounted Cataphracts?
If so does anyone have any pics or any idea if they are sold individually or in packs/quantity?
Thanks in advance

HI, It seems the Naismith/Roundway lines were bought (from Navwar?) and are now available via this site: naismithandroundway.co.uk/I can't see any listing for Tibetans. I think the chap who runs this operation has all the moulds but no lists to identify what they produce so has an uphill struggle releasing identifiable stuff. From the comments on the site's home page he seems very helpful and keen though, so it may be worth dropping him a line. Cheers.

Thanks Markw, Thats as far as I've got too,but as you've seen..no pics or quantities.Sometimes a google search comes up with some images but this also drew a blank.I have also emailed them and am awaiting a response. I thought I'd ask on here as sometimes someone may have the figures.ð

Thanks in advance Eddie I have pics of NS 54, NS 55 and NS57, but since photobucket has changed, I don't have an online photo storage to link to. I can email you the pics if you PM me. I've ordered from Roundway/Naismith recently, so stuff is available. I don't think I had an email confirmation but the stuff arrived after about 2 weeks.

Yes unfortunately no photos yet - I think he's working on that. But the home page says this - "The Naismith bags are 6 foot or 3 cavalry/mounted for £1.80 and Roundway are 8 foot or 4 cavalry/mounted for £2.40."

Yep, the Naismith Far Eastern Range is still available, as others have already noted. I recently got the figures I need from them for "Purple" upgrades to my existing, Naismith Sung Chinese and Koryo Korean armies. Reasonably good service from them, despite their picture-less website. While I was at it, also bought figures for a Khitan-Liao army. But, you know, for Tibetans... You might strongly consider the Khurasan range of Tibetans. Khurasan is what I used when I built and painted that army for V2, and they make what I think are ideal figures for the Dismounts. I have the latter on-hand awaiting a V3 upgrade. Yes, you too can now run an army of "Tibetan Hoplites". (Grins.)

Hi Paul I had thought of Khurasan but the shipping and customs charges to the UK could make it an expensive task.

If you want to stick with a UK supplier the Tibetan figures from Irregular Miniatures would be another option (and there are some pictures on their website). Oddly the Tibetans are in Irregular's Dark Ages range rather than in their Asian range.

Eddie / Swampster - any chance those photos could be uploaded here as attachments. I've been thinking about Tibetans for a while and would love to see how good these figures are. Paddy
