I would like to give a shout out to Alternative Armies.

I recently bought an army pack from them including a catapult, but the main arm had been mis-cast and so was too short to fit.

I sent a photo and an e-mail off and in double quick time they arranged to send me a replacement (in fact they included 2) and offered some sample figures in recompense, which I call great service.

I have done a bit of business with them over the last couple of years. Will do so again when in the market from their lines.

Gavin has been excellent at special requests.

My only caveats are that being across the pond he makes up discrepancies when I put in my next order rather than eating the overseas postage and that there are occasional slip ups with figures. When I order 4 ARC-3, I really prefer not to get 4 ARC-10 instead and have to wait until my next order for the correct figures..

Still I like the figures and when one gets 6 cataphract horses thrown in on an order because one picked up some misc cataphracts off ebay that came without them...
