I just noticed that there are only 8 players on the Opponents List. Is this correct? Only 8 or 9 of us left.

I just noticed that there are only 8 players on the Opponents List. Is this correct? Only 8 or 9 of us left. It looks that way - only a few diehards clinging onto the remnants of the good ship DBAOL P.

I must say I still enjoy it very much, but I know that it will be gone at some point. Have you fellows found any substitute for DBAonline acceptable to ancient and medieval generals that refuse to quit this great game.

I guess the only options would be trying to use or improve one of the variants on Cyberbord or Vassal.

I have not had a working home computer for about 5 years now, otherwise I'd still play.

Just noticed a large number of old players are back on as active players. Seems odd?

Always enjoyed it, but stopped working on my computer one or more computers ago.
Curse you Change, and the horse you rode in on!

I'd still be there too, but I can't get it to run on my PC. I enjoyed when I did play it. I'm now looking at Vassal but I haven't figured how to use it yet, more work that the DBAOL was.
