Well not strictly true, but Amazon UK has only one (over-priced) "collectible" copy available (£35 + p&p).
Black Hat Miniatures still has some in stock though (£19.99 + p&p).

Never knew that! Cunning!

Tragedy! On a business trip, too much "hospitality" the night before and then managed to leave my copy of the purple book (which always travels with me) in the hotel room. Now back home and over 3000 miles away from my abandoned book and the hotel deny all knowledge of ever having seen it. Aaaaaagggghhhh! Withdrawal symptoms have started! Emergency order placed with Black Hat Miniatures - thanks for alerting me that they had it in stock.

Paddy Sorry that you need to buy a replacement, but glad to have been able to put some custom the way of Black Hat. I had a longish chat with the owner at a small local show a couple of months ago and he seems a really nice guy. (Like so many small outfits in the wargaming world, I guess.)

PS Amazon UK now has two copies available, both of them second-hand. The cheaper is "only" £25 + p&p. Stick with Black Hat would be my advice.

Fanaticus me! - or words to that effect.
Amazon is (yet again) out of stock. Black Hat Miniatures still has a supply though.

Either very popular or we are all very careless with our copies.

Is print on demand (POD) not available for hard back books? Seems like the most efficient way to meet demand without buying and stocking a large number of units.

Eventually electronic printing will make "out of print" a forgotten concept. Sue Barker's version of DBA 3.0 is available electronically and so is A Game of Knights & Knaves so neither will ever be out of print - helping to keep DBX going in between the short runs from WRG.

One would think after the initial print-runs... you could switch to POD...
Phil is a bit old school on this though.

I'm losing track. Was there another print run over the summer or are we still waiting for it to happen?
In the UK, Amazon, Black Hat and Caliver all list it as currently out of stock.

...if you like the latest version 3, Sues publikation is not the best choice. There are just a few army lists...

...if you like the latest version 3, Sues publikation is not the best choice. There are just a few army lists... Perhaps not the best choice, but if the only choice - much better than nothing. I think saying it has only a few army lists is a bit harsh - there are quite a lot in there! Simon
